At Aloha Archers, we believe archery has the power to bring people together, build character, and strengthen community. Everything we do is guided by that belief, and every member is a living part of that mission.
Our club is built entirely on the dedication of volunteers who give their time freely because they believe in something bigger than themselves. When you join Aloha Archers, you are not just signing up for range time. You are choosing to be part of something meaningful.
New members join through a sponsorship process, introduced by someone already living out our values. 2 current members must sponsor a new member. It is our way of growing with care and keeping our community strong.
Youth are a cornerstone of our vision. We are working hard to launch after school archery programs that will give Maui's young people a place to grow, focus, and thrive. The next generation of archers is out there, and we cannot wait to meet them.
We grow best when we grow together. If this sounds like your kind of community, we would love to have you.
At Aloha Archers, we are more than a club we are a community. Giving back is part of who we are, and our members take pride in showing up for the people and places that make our range possible.
Maui Rodeo
Aloha Archers is proud to support the two annual Maui Rodeos hosted at Kaonoulu Ranch. As a gesture of gratitude to Kaonoulu Ranch for generously allowing us to call Oskie Rice home, every Aloha Archers member is expected to volunteer for two shifts across the rodeo events each year. It is a fun and meaningful way to give back to the ohana that supports us.
Range Work Weekends
The first weekend of every month is Range Work Weekend. Members come together to maintain and care for our range at Oskie Rice, keeping it safe, beautiful, and ready for everyone who shoots here. Whether you are pulling weeds, resetting targets, or just showing up with a good attitude, your time makes a real difference.
Join the Ohana
If you love archery and want to be part of a club that values community, stewardship, and aloha spirit, we would love to have you. Becoming a member means becoming part of something bigger than the sport itself. Please see the Membership section to view the criteria.
Something special is taking shape on Maui. Through a partnership with Maui Wild Game Management to Feed the Hungry, Aloha Archers is bringing archery to the next generation in a way that goes far beyond sport.
Our youth program begins with high school students, giving young people access to professional instruction, quality equipment, and a welcoming range community. But the experience runs deeper than learning to shoot a bow. Students are introduced to the full arc of what ethical archery and wildlife stewardship look like in Hawaii, connecting the skills they build on the range to real conservation work that feeds families in need across Maui.
This is archery with purpose. Young archers are not just developing focus, discipline, and confidence. They are becoming part of a mission rooted in aloha, one that honors Hawaii's land and serves its people.
Our vision does not stop with high school. As the program matures, we are committed to expanding into younger age groups, bringing the benefits of archery to keiki across Maui. To make that happen, we need passionate people behind it. Qualified instructors are the key to growth, and we are actively looking for individuals who share our vision for the future of youth archery on the island.
If you are interested in becoming a USA Archery certified instructor at Level 2 or above and would like to be part of something truly meaningful, we would love to hear from you. Please do not hesitate to reach out and inquire about how you can help shape this program for generations to come.
We are just getting started, and the best is yet to come.
